Refund policy
At Waligoods, we take pride in delivering premium products and exceptional service to our customers. We understand that there may be situations where a return is necessary. Please review the policy below carefully to ensure you understand the terms and your responsibilities.
Cancellation
We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already been shipped out.
Eligibility
• Our return policy applies only to products purchased directly from Waligoods with a valid order number
• Returns must be initiated within 7 days of the original purchase date; Refunds will typically be processed within 7-14 business days after receiving and inspecting your returned item
• Final sale items, limited edition drops, samples, custom products, and promotional giveaways are not eligible for return
The condition of Returned Items to be eligible for a return
• Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging, including any protective peel and inserts.
• Products must be in resalable condition, free of damage, modification, or wear.
• Items that do not meet these requirements will not qualify for a refund or exchange.
We reserve the right to deny returns if we suspect the product was tampered with, altered, or damaged by the customer in an attempt to circumvent our return policy.
Returns Due to Buyer’s Remorse or Change of Mind
We understand that customers may change their minds. In these cases:
• Products may still be returned within the 7-day window if all original packaging and peel is intact.
• Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
• A 10% restocking fee will be applied to cover inspection, repackaging, and processing.
Returns Due to Product Concerns
If you believe you received a defective item or there was an error in your order:
• Contact us at customerservice@waligoods.com within 7 days of receipt.
• Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
• If verified, waligoods.com will cover return shipping and issue a replacement or refund based on our evaluation and agreement.
If the damage or defect is determined to have been caused by misuse, tampering, or alteration by the customer, we reserve the right to deny the return.
